General terms and conditions of business
Prices include taxes and fees, but exclude entrance fees, other costs, and gratuities. Payment is usually made in cash on site, but advance payment by bank transfer (free of charge!) is also possible. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the tour. A cancellation fee of €100 will be charged for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour begins. After this 24-hour period, or if the group fails to appear at the agreed meeting point, the tour will be considered completed, and the full price will be due without deduction.
In case of delays, please contact me by phone at +43 660/6570738 as soon as possible. I will wait at the agreed meeting point for up to one hour – however, this time will be included in the tour time. Liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee. Participation in a tour is at your own risk. The Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) applies; the place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.
I am happy to organize additional services such as bus transportation, restaurants, concerts, special programs, etc. Billing with service providers such as bus companies, restaurants, museums, concert organizers, etc., is handled directly. I charge a flat fee for this organization (depending on the scope of the order).
Groups of up to 25 people are permitted in Salzburg. Larger groups require two guides.

Conditions générales de vente et d´annulation
Les prix comprennent la TVA, non compris sont d´éventuels frais d´ entrées et pourboires. A Salzbourg, les groupes jusqu’à 25 personnes sont autorisés. Pour des groupes plus importants, il faut compter deux guides. Le paiement se fait en général sur place mais un virement à l´avance (sans frais) est également possible. Vous pouvez annuler le tour gratuitement jusqu´à 7 jours avant son début. Jusqu´à 24 heures avant le début du tour, des frais d´annulation vous seront facturés. Si vous deviez annuler à moins de 24 heures avant l´excursion, le tarif entier vous sera facturé. Merci de me contacter en cas de retard Tel. +43(0)660-6570738. Je vous attendrai pendant une heure au lieu de rendez-vous – ce temps vous sera déduit de votre temps de visite. La responsabilité du guide Austria Guide se limite au montant convenu. La participation à la visite se fait à vos propres risques. Le code civil autrichien (ABGB) est en vigueur, tribunal de Salzburg.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Preise verstehen sich inkl. Steuern und Abgaben, exkl. Eintritte und sonstige Kosten sowie Trinkgeld. Die Bezahlung erfolgt in der Regel bar vor Ort, ist jedoch auch per Überweisung (spesenfrei!) im Voraus möglich. Eine Stornierung ist bis 7 Tage vor der Tour kostenlos möglich. Bis 24 Stunden vor Führungsbeginn verrechne ich eine Stornogebühr von € 100. Ab dieser 24-Stunden-Frist oder bei Nichterscheinen der Gruppe am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gilt die Führung als durchgeführt und der volle Tarif ohne Abzug wird fällig.
Bei Verspätungen wird ersucht, rechtzeitig telefonisch unter +43 660/6570738 Kontakt aufzunehmen. Ich warte bis zu einer Stunde am vereinbaren Treffpunkt – diese Zeit wird jedoch bei der Führung mit eingerechnet. Die Haftung ist mit der Höhe des vereinbarten Entgeltes beschränkt. Die Teilnahme an einer Führung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Es gilt das ABGB, Gerichtsstand Salzburg.
Gerne organisiere ich weitere Leistungen wie Bus, Restaurant, Konzerte, spezielle Programme etc. Die Verrechnung mit Leitungsträgern wie Busfirma, Restaurant, Museum, Konzertveranstalter etc. erfolgt direkt. Für die Organisation erlaube ich mir ein Pauschalhonorar (je nach Auftragshöhe) zu verrechnen.
In Salzburg sind Gruppen bis 25 Personen erlaubt. Bei größeren Gruppen werden 2 guides benotigt.

Condizioni contrattuali e di annullamento
I prezzi si intendono inclusive tasse e imposte, esclusi sono gli ingressi & altre spese e mance. A Salisburgo sono ammessi gruppi fino a 25 persone. Per gruppi più numerosi sono necessarie due guide. Il pagamento avviene normalmente in contanti sul posto, tuttavia è anche possibile effettuare un pagamento anticipato tramite bonifico bancario (senza spese!).In caso di annullamento del tour entro 7 giorni prima dalla sua realizzazione non verrà addebitata alcuna penale, mentre in caso di annullamento del tour fino a 24 ore prima dal suo inizio verrà addebitata una penale di €100,00.- In caso di annullamento a meno di 24 ore dall´inizio del tour o di No-Show del gruppo al luogo concordato, la visita guidata verrà considerata effettuata, pertanto verrà addebitato l´intero importo da saldare senza ritenute.
In caso di ritardi si prega gentilmente di prendere contatto immediato con il numero di cellulare +43(0)660-6570738. L´associazione Austria Guide attende per un´ora al punto di incontro prestabilito – il ritardo sottrarrà tempo alla durata della visita guidata. La responsabilità di Austria Guides si limita al compenso pattuito. La partecipazione alla visita guidata avviene a proprio rischio e pericolo. Vale il Codice Civile austriaco (ABGB), foro competente Salisburgo. Mi occupo volentieri di altri servizi quali bus, ristoranti, concerti, programmi speciali, ecc.che devono essere saldati direttamente con il fornitore stesso (società di autoservizi, ristoranti, musei, enti organizzativi di concerti, ecc). Per i miei servizi organizzativi mi permetto di emettere una fattura forfettaria (in base all´incarico ricevuto).
