Payment is to be made in advance or in cash on site, any other form of payment needs a special agreement. Credit card payment is generally not possible.

Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 7 days before the tour starts, after that till 24 hours prior to the agreed time a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.

After this limit or if the group does not arrive at the meeting point, the tour is regarded as carried out, and the full amount has to be paid.

Is the classic bike tour safe for children?

Absolutely. We spend the vast majority of our 3-hour physical ride outside of the heavy city traffic. We utilize the completely flat, paved, and car-free sanctuary of the Hellbrunner Allee, as well as designated, protected cycling paths, ensuring a safe environment during your Sound of Music Tours in Salzburg.
